Getting the audio track from the video

How do I capture the audio track from video (.mpg format), and then burn that audio track to a CD?

Our program allows you to take the video track and convert it without the audio. I have not tried the other. A suggestion is to convert using only an audio conversion format and that should work. Replay Converter is what you would use for this. http://www.applian.com/replay-converter/demo.php

I have replay-converter open and it has a "convert to audio" checkbox. I can check it with no problem, but the "files to convert" box is empty. How do I get the .mpg files from Replay Video Capture to populate the "files to convert" box? Thanks again!
