upgrade problems

I upgraded my suite which includes Video Padlock. During the suite upgrade I was told to uninstall Video Padlock before installing the upgrade. Currently I have the Applian Director running and it shows all updated modules but Video Padlock. I have uninstalled my old version of Video Padlock and tried to update but it is unresponsive so I have no Video Padlock.

There is a new version of Applian Director available. Please click here to immediately download the latest version. Close Replay Director prior to running the setup file. No need to re-install any of your Applian programs. This link will download and instal Replay Director only.

Did not change anything. Still shows needing updated but will not download module. Maybe just download from web site and install or is site download a demo and will not be looked at as a registered version?

No never got the solution. In fact after upgrading to latest Suite there are issues. Going to try and post screen shots. Well could not find a way. Things like Sorry Registration Code Not Valid msg when opening Media Splitter - Failed to load ffmpeg.dll FFDSHOW error -
