I'm using Grooveshark for several month and it is a very nice site
You can download songs if you use *****
Very simple.
I also use Spotify http://www.spotify.com/ Even better than Grooveshark

I think you can use Spotify with your Facebook account now you don't need an invitation anymore. But yea, Grooveshark is also good.
