WM Capture 3.0 - Problem with recorded video

I recorded some video from utube.com, when I try to down load on dvd , during the play back the picture is distorch or jerking around.

another thing is my video file, everytime I play on my computer, it appears the message" evaluation period is expired, please buy the elecard MPG2 decoder, ....etc....". I thought I bought the software already, it's not try out demo.
any help out there ?
