Problem with plug-in updates, updates fail

When I open RMC, it immediately tried to update plug-ins but these fail every single time. Here is a screen shot Any idea why?

Are you on a work computer? It seems like this is a proxy issue.

I'm on my home pc, running Vista on a brand new pc. I'm on highspeed cable with a wireless router, but I'm wired in to the cable on this pc, the wireless is for another pc and my laptop so it does not affect this particular computer. I can use MIRC, webcam on messengers, download and upload to other websites with no problem. All of my programs update with no problem. I am running AVG free anti-virus which gives me a problem with updates every now and then but I just go in and manually update when that happens I've found that other people have the same issue with AVG. It doesn't seem to affect the program unless that's the cause of me being unable to capture on myspace karaoke. It worked, and then all of a sudden it only works with certain parts of the flash player, but won't allow me to record my own stuff.
