Why MP3 Split

New Replay AV user, just trying to figure this thing out...

I recorded some shows on Sirius today.

First program is 3 hours. It converted to a single MP3 of 42MB (180mins) - no problem.

Second 5 hour show was split into 4 parts: 20MB (88mins), 19MB (83mins), 14MB (61mins), 12MB (53mins)

Third 2 hour show is split to 19MB (84mins) and 7MB (31mins).

I have NOT requested ANY splitting. yet I get splits and missing minutes.

I have triple checked settings, and I think program has it's own mind about some things...

Any ideas?

I believe that it is a new scheme that XM and Sirius. I have been watching this for about 2 months.
