Track time goes to zero after tagged

I just upgraded to RM5 and now it finally tags. But now after it tags the time goes to zero and the track can't be played. Any help would be appreciated. Typically 3 songs will work out of 12 tracks. Using windows 8. If no solution can I get the old version back?

Please run the clearreplaymusicsettings.exe file. If you continue to have an issue after that contact tech support.
