Recording stops at 14.49 mb

Hi,
I bought the program after trying out the demo, but my recording still stops at 14.49 mb - not even half way through. How do I fix this. I have windump clicked.

Hi Victor,

I am unable to test this because I am located outside of the viewing area. If you are getting a green checkmark when the file stops recording, play back the file to make sure that it is in fact complete. Most likely Media Catcher is capturing faster than real time. I also believe that we are dealing with this in a support ticket, I'll continue with anymore help you need through that ticket. Thank you!
