I can't record?

I've just purchased version 5 and I'm having toruble. I want to record a radio programme from BBC iPlayer's website and store it as an MP3 file but it's just not doing anything? I'm ver puzzled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using for your audio in the settings? What browser are you using? Make sure you start recording first and then go to that link.

I'm using IE 9 on Windows Vista. I am recording before I go to the link It still doesn't work..

Open Replay Music
Select Start Recording
Our dialog box comes up
At the bottom it says to open website to record
Select that and our page comes up
Go back to the dialog box and select OK
Now, go to what you want to record.
If you still have an issue please do contact tech support as a log file and details will be needed.
