Default Markers can not be controled

I'm haveing this awfull time with the Markers.
I even reinstalled the RVC software.
I bought another computer several day ago and installed the Suite on it and RVC markers are great. I'm very pleased with it.
But on this older computer, 2half yrs, the markers just won't stay put.
The settings on both computers are the same.
    Please help.

    Hi Robie

Please make sure you're logged into the older computer as a local administrator and let me know if this helps. :-) Also, you said they wont stay---can you expand on the issue please and say specifically what's occurring?

    Thanks! :-)
    Best Regards,
