narrow video capture

I am experimenting with Replay Video Capture 5. Every video I capture is saved as a narrowed version of the original stream. For instance, a stream of Star Trek displays in a normal (for old TV) 4:3 ratio. Yet when I play back the saved capture it plays in a 3:4 ratio. Skinny Kirk and Spock. I don't want to buy the product if there is no fix for this.

I have also tried it to one of the videos being streamed and it seems like it is true and need to get fixed.

Try the update please for Replay Video Capture 6 - if you still have issues submit a ticket to tech support so we can personally assist you with the issue.
