Loss of some video Streaming

Dell Inspiron 560 Win 7: Are any of your programs interferring with default programs of this computer, especially video streaming? I have, also, installed Quick Time Player. Roxio Creator 2011 and Posit Science called "insight". Since installing your complete program I have lost some streaming capture. Thank you. Russ

Can you further elaborate on your issue please? What sites are you not able to stream capture from, and which of our programs are you using for the attempted stream capture?

Jeff or to Whomever,
I am not referring to any Applian products regarding streaming or loss of. I'm referring to streaming in general from original sources. Your programs downloaded Real Player into my computer. I believe it is interferring with my original downloaded software. It (Real Player) has taken over my Roxio playing functions. Will it disable any Applian functions if I uninstall Real Player?? Thank you. Russ
