    Default Audio offset on bbc iplayer

    Is there a standard offset for the audio for recordings from the bbc-iplayer? I currently re-sync all audio - would conversion be quicker with a standard offset?

    I am using Replay Capture 4.3 and am converting with Replay Converter 4.2
