How to recreate history

When I open Replay Media Catcher, no files are displayed, yet I have dozens of files in the My Streaming Media folder. How do I rebuild the display so I can work on the files ?

on the left hand side of RMC at the very top it should say RECORDINGS.... if you click the relevant part, ie, today, this week...it will bring up the recordings you have made.

Yep, that is what happened. It wasn't me...

So I need it to re-index the contents of the media folder somehow
