Trouble with VTC

Hi everyone,

I'm trying out a demo of Replay AV before I purchase and testing on this video: http://mediaservers.vtc.com/player/m...28Espa%F1ol%29

I've followed the instructions as posted here: http://www.how-to-capture-streaming-...lash_video.htm but am not seeing the video show up as one of the options.

Can anyone offer me some insight as to what I might be doing wrong?

Is there a way to batch record an entire VTC course?

Final question, can the volume of the video be muted while recording?

It appears that Replay AV 8 stream does not seem to capture that video demo correctly...because its a .mp4 video file thats not supported...try Replay Media Catcher on that site, works great there.
