Does padlock file available arter removing the program?

what will happens to a file you lock,,,,and you remove the program from your pc,,, it will stay lock or open?

Well, if you remove the file - do you mean MOVE the file? If you move the file to another PC, it will be locked still. You'll need VPL on THAT pc with the SAME password in order to decrypt it

No..I asked if remove the padlock program from my pc,,,,,so No padlock in the system....is that file I lock-will still stay lock, until I reinstall the program again?
Or after removing the program from system,,,,the lock gone, and can open the file.

Once you lock a file it remains locked until you use Video Padlock to unlock it.
