    Default Replay Media Catcher 4.3.2 not recognize my old saved files

    I try your new update 4.3.2. when i try watch old recordings video -i got error message something about format 32.....this update mess up my whole old files,,,,,i have to remove old the program-ans start all over......

    Hi Run

    Please un-install ALL versions of Replay Media Catcher from your PC.

    Once this is done, reboot your PC (this is important) and re-install the LATEST version of RMC from here: http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php
