When I record a live stream, the final video looks like someone pushed fast-forward. How do I fix the video or get it to record at the right speed?

This could be due to some other software running in the back ground, such as Skype. Try using RMC while nothing else is running in the back ground.
Is there anyway to fix the video? The video I recorded was just about 90 minutes, but due to RMC speeding it up, the actual captured video is only 57 minutes long. Is there a way to slow the video back down?
The VLC Media Player is able to change the speed of recorded media. You could try that.
Awesome - Thanks Juan.
HD - let us know if that works for you![]()

Instead of doing the backward thing of trying to find some video player that will sort of slow down the too fast video, I would appreciate hearing some steps to stop it from making certain websites always record at crazy fast speeds in the first place.
