Demo Not Working with Spotify

Basically I was looking to buy the unlimited version but I'm really unimpressed. It won't record the song when I tell it to, even though I've instructed it to stop splitting the songs automatically. It takes ages to convert the track and fails to do so. Nor can it ever tag the songs. It should be simple but it's just not working.

Open Replay Music
Select Start Recording
Our dialog box comes up
At the bottom it says to open website to record
Select that and our page comes up
Go back to the dialog box and select OK
Now, go to what you want to record.
