Default Toolbar buttons not showing up in IE9 & Windows 7?

Hi, I just downloaded and installed Freecorder 5 from vixy.net, yet the toolbar is only showing up as a blank bar with a cross on it one end, with a plus sign next to it (with the little downwards arrow) which does absolutely nothing when I click it, and a bolder version of the cross sign on the right end which takes me to some app market I don't even want. There are none of the buttons, such as the Youtube record button, or audio or settings stuff, absolutely nothing showing. I've checked in the IE Add-on Manager that the add-on is running and it says it is without problem, and the "Freecorder Toolbar" and "Conduit Engine" are both ticked and apparently loaded in the toolbar selection menu.

Any ideas why it's not working please?

A similar problem had been bugging me for some time, then, by accident, I found that if I ran the 32 bit version of IE9, the Freecorder toolbar re-appeared.
