Replay Video Capture 5 crashes and recording error (x013)

Its fantastic...but Im getting a lot of crashes @ 80% of the time.. and recording error (x013). Replay Video Capture will close now...Im sure after the bugs are ironed out its going to be great as I like the options too.

If you continue to have this issue let us know and send us the details in a tech support ticket so the developer can take a look at it. The more details the better.

I too am receiving this error. I purchased the entire package of different applications. Replay Video Capture has never worked for me. Only receiving the Error Message "X 013." Help please, And how do I send a technical support ticket?
