Remove Replay Media Catcher 4 limit concurrent downloads

Since I updated the latest version of RMC 4, I've realized that it limits "Maximum Concurrent Downloads" to 20. Now I can't find the previous version 4 to re-install.
That is nonsense.

Could you please remove the limit of downloads as soon as possible?

Sorry, the download page really has 3.x and 2.x older versions only.
