Couldn't download kpho.com video

I tried it and it didn't work for me. I'm a webmaster and helping an Agent Orange victim get his story out. I want to download a video he made for a local new show, in case they dump it, or get pressure from the government to do so. Here's the video url:

This is an RTMP stream. I don't have any problem downloading it with RMC 4.2.1
