2 instances of AV

Whenever I start up my computer there are 2 instances of AV8 running. Is this normal? Sometimes I close one instance but it makes no difference to my recordings.

Are you saying that the program has opened up twice on your desktop? Are they the same version? This is not the norm at all.

Perhaps you've got the "start program when windows starts" checked, AND replayAV in the startup folder of the menus. That might start it up twice.
