Installation Error: Could not create uninstall shortcut

I'm trying to install Replay AV (latest version) and I am getting the following error: Could not create uninstall shortcut: C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Applian Technologies\Uninstall Replay AV 8.Ink

I am running Windows 7 32-bit
Intel 2 Ghz Duo Core 2 Processor
3 GB RAM

Any ideas why this is happening?

Did you uninstall the previous version and reboot? If not please do that.
Then download the program
Save it to your computer
Disasble your anti virus software
Now, do a fresh install
