Default CONNECT RETRY Message in Status/Last Recording Field

Whenever I try to capture video, Replay AV displays the URL, which I'm able to select and begin recording, but each time after just a short period I get a message in the Status/Last Recording Field that says CONNECT RETRY #1 or #2, etc. It then completes the job, but the folder for the video file is empty. It appears no recording took place. I searched the forums but didn't see a similar post on this issue.

Does anyone know what can be causing this?

    Dell XPS 8500 Desktop (New)
    Windows 7 64-bit
Windows Firewall Fully and Permanently Disabled
Zone Alarm disabled when using Replay AV
Plenty of RAM and unused disc space

You are using the wrong URL when you get that. What link are you trying to record? What call letters do the radio station have? Are you using the Media Guide to add the station or your own link. Thanks.

I get this same error when trying to connect to CTN. I tried the URL and the Media Guide, nothing works. I posted earlier about the URL, but wasn't resolved. Upon reading this post, I tried the media guide once more to see if it will work this time, but it has not. In the media guide, CTN is known as "Christian Television Network - WCLF TV22". The station does not open, neither does "Tune to Station" work for me. Is it correct for me to assume that Media Guide is supposed to work, and if not, to ask about it.. Hmm.? Thank you very much =)

What is the URL that we are providing. I'm not finding the link in either radio stations or in TV Stations. Also, which one is it-radio or TV? Thanks.

Can you please provide me with the URL of the audio or video you're trying to record, so we can trouble shoot the issue?

Well, the video stream I am trying to record is within a website that requires a login to access. Does that matter? Also, when I launch the video I am trying to record, Replay AV displays four URLs. I'm not sure which one I'm supposed to be choosing to record, but whichever one I try to record I get the error noted. I was able to record these streams in the past (on a prior PC). I'm not sure if the site may have something that prevents recording. Is that possible?
