Problems converting flv to .wmv or .avi

I use Media Catcher to record .flv files from myfreecams.com. When I try to convert to .wmv or .avi using Converter, I see the first frame frozen, and the sound continues playing normally. How can I make it convert correctly? I have also tried converting within Media Catcher and that also failed.

You can also try to use the "MPEG-4 lossless extraction" conversion preset before converting your FLV files. This allows to change container from FLV to MP4 without converting video and audio data.
