Upgrading to RMC 3.01

Hi I just downloaded an upgrade from your website to RMC v3.01 as I was informed by email that I was entitled to a free upgrade as a recent capture suite purchaser.

Do I need a new serial code? Or does my previous one still work?

Hi, if you have purchased the Suite within the last six months, your previous code will work for this upgrade.

I uninstalled the previous version of Media Catcher, installed the upgrade, then tried to use my existing registration code to activate it. Didn't work!
It does, however, want me to buy the upgrade.....
What gives? I bought the whole suite!
