Hi i am being asked by avg firewall to allow this file after i record something with replay media catcher 3.01, i have never had this before using the software on earlier versions is it safe to allow

I believe that file is to identify the song/video you just downloaded.

It's very safe, and it is part of the music/song/track identifier as mentioned previously. Please allow that file and know that it's 100% safe.
