Converting Captured Audio files to something I can listen on my car radio/CD player

Is ist possible to convert D/L audio files to a CD that I can listen to in my car radio/CD player? I dont know what the format is on audio CDs that play in car CD players. Ive D/L audio files and can play them on my computer. Ive also burned those same files onto CDs but can only paly them via Windows Media Player.

Please disregard. I just tried the CD I burned in my car...It plays.
