Default wmv files are huge; how to convert for YouTube?

I am new user to Media Catcher. I did a short screencast resulting 8 GB file. I have Replay Converter but don't know which conversion method to select to result in the smallest file size (with decent quality) that I can upload to YouTube.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Replay Media Catcher can't record screencasts.... it is a stream downloading / stream capture program.

If you use Replay Video Capture, please specify your settings. Short screencasts do NOT normally occupy several GBs ... unless you record FullHD videos.

Since you have Windows Media files, I would recommend to use Windows Media format in Replay Converter as well.
