RMC 3.11 could not detect any stream

My RMC 3.11 could not detect ANY stream since last month. I did clear the cache and start recording before open a web-page, but it still didn't work. I re-installed it but the problem remained. The browsers I'm using are IE7 and Firefox 3.05, it used to work fine with them but not any more.
Could anybody tell me how to fix this problem?
