Only capturing 3/4 of the screen

I have tried Replay Video Capture a few times off of different websites but when I play back the recording I can only see 3/4 of the screen.
The left side of the screen is missing.
Any ideas?

Are you using magnification on your screen? If so put it in the normal. Also use the red and blue markers to mark what you want to record.
