duplicate files

When using the scheduler every thing works fine, the flv file is converted to mp3,but I also get a copy of the mp3 files. Any body know why?

Go into the properties of your show and the output tab. Deselect to keep a copy of the original file. This is if you are using Replay AV. If you are using Media Catcher 4 it is doing what it is suppose to do.

how can i stop rmc4 making copies, i only want the file once

I got rid of them using a demo free version of a tool available at *URL removed from Admin*

Hi

This is the nature of RMC unfortunately, the best thing for now, at least, is to just delete them as they start recording.

I cannot seem to find any of the steps that you outline. I may be thick, but I cannot find where the 'properties' tag is to be found in any 'show' area. I am unable, therefore to see any 'Deselect' file or copy tab. I am using RMC 5 and am sick of removing the second unwanted copy of each file.

any assist would save me a lot of time. Otherwise a brilliant program
