Media Catcher unable to capture Stickham videos

According to the Appliian website http://www.applian.com/recording_sol...ce-id-286.html Replay Media Capture is suppose to be able to capture Stickam videos. Well I have lost count on how long I have tried to capture a live streaming video from Stickam.com without any success. The product simpy can not see the Stickam feed. The stream does not show up in Media Catcher's main window. Stickam feeds are not like UTube in that they are not a predetermined pre-recorded video. I have started Media Catcher record mode, started IE up and went to Stickam and Media Catcher sees nothing coming down. Has anyone else here been able to use Media Catcher to capture Stickam feeds? I am not the only one having this problem either.

Problem was that my firewall Online-Armor was blocking Media Catcher and was not notifying me.
