Default fail to Capture by Recording Audio Output

    win 7 64 bit and replay A/V 8.82
    Capture by Downloading is ok
fail to Capture by Recording Audio Output although I hear the audio with my ear.
I try all the Audio Recording Method but the result file is empty and the waveforms picture of audio at the bottem of replay A/V is alwayes flat.
I also try Test Methods button and the answer I get : update your realtek sound card driver
during Test Methods I hear audio of the test.

    thank you

To record audio use the Replay AV Applian Driver. Also, if you are using Internet Explorer as your primary browser you might need to turn down your user account control. Give that a try.

You do this in the Control Panel under User Accounts-User Accounts-Change User Account Settings.
Go to Record-Record audio from speakers. In the properties verify that Replay AV Applian Driver is selected. If you continue to have an issue please contact us at tech support as more details will be needed including a log file.

The path for what? The User Account control I have given you above for Windows 7. The applian driver is in the properties of the show on AV when you set it up. If you continue to have a problem please contact tech support.

The only way I can get Replay AV to consistently work in Windows 7 is to uninstall and reinstall the software between every recording.
