Default Why does rmc 4 record song for twice as long as actual song?

Does anybody know why on grooveshark.com or maybe on any site sometimes when you automatically record a song it makes the song twice as long as song really is. Example I just recorded song that was 6:45 but when it downloaded onto my itunes it says it is 14:38 and when playback it will stop at correct song length.

It would help to find out whether it is an iTunes bug or not. At least you have WMP that comes with your Windows, so you can try it.
Testing Replay Media Catcher 3.11, Replay AV and Replay Music not only on Windows 7/Vista/XP, but also on Ubuntu Linux and Mac OS X using freeware Wine...

I tried playing captured song which was found in my music folder. But when double click to play itunes did nothing as if it did not recognize information. I then tried it on windows media player and it did not play there either. I hope this helps.

Can you upload this songs to drop.io or some other file sharing service so that we can take a look?

ive had the same problem with using RMC 4 on grooveshark.

ive actually resorted back to using version 3 with the WEBDUMP option enabled. it downloads a song in about 45 seconds.. only with webdump though, otherwise it doesnt even work.

if youve still got version 3 installed maby you could try using that.

    RMC 4.0.5 recording from Grooveshark:

My recorded song was renamed and tagged properly. When playing in WMP I see the correct duration.
