KTCK, The Ticket no longer records

I record this station everyday by downloading the stream. Last night it stopped recording and I can't resolve the issue. I was also unable to tune to the station through Replay AV, but listening live from the website works fine.

What I've tried:
1. Went to the website, www.theticket.com, to see if there is a URL change and tried to add it manually. Was still unsuccessful.

2. I've tried on 2 different computers to make sure it wasn't the computer.

3. Tried recording by capturing the audio output. All I get is over-echoed and slowed down noise that is indecipherable.
