"Waiting for Audio"

Ok, I got FreeCorder 3.xx working (Under the 'Old' Button on the FC4 ToolBar), however, I can't get FC4 to record. All it does is, "Waiting for Audio".

This is with audio connected to to Mic or Line-In or audio from the computer. I tried both ways: Clicked 'Record Audio' with audio present already or brought up audio after clicking 'Record Audio'.

Windows XP SP2 (with all Updates through 7/14/2010, except IE - I still use IE6).

When I try to record with Freecorder 4 I get "waiting for audio"
