Default What video format should I use to convert a .mpg to Blackberry Bold

I have captured video using the Applian Video Capture tool set to save the video in MPEG-2 format.

I have used the Applian Replay Converter to create different 3GP and AVI files from the captured video. They all convert but none of them completely work. The AVI files show video on the Bold but not the associated audio.

So, what specifications should I use in the Replay Converter to be able to get the video and audio converted.

P.S. Here are the specifications I used in the Applian Video Capture:
    MPEG-2
    Audio: 128 kbps
    Video: 8000 kbps 10 fps
