Trouble converting asf from this site

I cannot convert asf files from the below site. I was able to do it once, after a few failed attempts, but never again. The file downloads ok, but I can't convert it from asf to an ipod format. It just runs for a few seconds and then stops and says failed. I basically only bought the software to capture these videos.

What version of the converter are you using? If you are not using the latest version that was updated last week please download and install it. It does run as an independent program. If you still have an issue after that please contact tech support as they will need your log file and additional information.
