Default Replay Video Capture problem: Capture area not respresenting what I set

Help needed. Capture area not respresenting what I set. The window capture area is not covering the area the area that is being set by the markers. There is an extra area of capture to the left and top of the blue marker and green box line and losing picture on the right side and bottom showing less to the left and bottom of the red marker.
    Using windows 7 64bit & 3 screens.

The program is only going to record from the main monitor and that could be part of your problem. Also the program has to have a size set with 8 bits. The reason for this to to be able to burn a DVD or a CD. That is one of the reasons that sometimes a file window will move a little bit.
