RAV not creating 128Kbps MP3 files

I've been consistently successful in using RAV 8.8 to create MP3 files, 128Kbps by creating a stream download and selecting 'convert to Audio MP3 128' until recently. I've not changed any settings and confirmed that this is still selected, and yet RAV is now creating Window Media Audio (.asf) files at 64. Am I missing something, or another setting to confirm?

I did just recently upgrade Replay Converter to version 4; I wonder if that is the culprit.

Replay AV and the new converter are not yet connected. We hope to release a new version of AV that utilizes the latest converter in the next few days.
