When I open "Add or Remove Programs," I see "Replay Music" listed five times (13 MB each). If I delete one, they all go. If I reinstall, five are listed again. Should it be this way? I am using Windows XP, in case that matters. Thanks!

Please uninstall using a program such as REVO (free). Use the moderate settings. Then reboot and if you have any excess files delete them again. Now do a fresh install and you should be ready to go.
