The AV8 program has always been buggy, only capturing perhaps one out of 20 videos. But now it locks up at the hint box and won't even list the recently played videos. I really want to use this, so can anyone help me?

What version are you using? Are you running the program with administrative rights? Is it allowed in your firewall? The more information people have the easier it is to assist you. I have never heard of the hints freezing before.
