    Default error: couldnt get a specific error after log-in attempt

    "error: couldnt get a specific error after log-in attempt"


    Attempted to record a Sirius Radio program today and I received that message. I am using the latest version of Replay AV 8. Is it an issue on Sirius's end, user error, or an issue with Replay itself? Thank you for your help.

    I just tested Sirius and it is working for me. I have not had any other reports of this either. Please delete the show from your AV and add it again. If you still have this issue then log into Sirius without our program on your computer to make sure you can. Then if you still have a problem please contact tech support as your log file and additional information will be needed.
