Not tagging songs

I have bought ReplayMusic to run in Parallels on MacOS to rip Spotify songs. It workes great for a song or two but then it stops recognizing the songs...

sometimes a message comes up: "cant make connection to the music identification server".

I've tried both in WinXP and Windows 7. Tried disabling firewall, antivirus.
