conflict with Firefox's search in page

while using "search in page" function of the Firefox 3.6. the cursor jumps onto the page at every minot break in typing, so the "quick search" activates instead for the rest of the word. See details here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=550279

The cause apparently is associated with FVD 3.08 (the problem disappears when it is turned off).

Be careful to use Firefox 3.6 as this version no longer has good security from various online threats.
