After I convert a file to the Moble 3gp how do i get to the moble device?

What kind of cellphone do you have? Did it come with any cables and software for doing this, or a memory card perhaps?

i have 3 that i use 1 is a razor and the other one is an older samsung and an apple iphone 3g. i dont have anyproblems with the iphone, im asking about the razor and the samsung. we have them through verison
