Recording audio both directions in Skype video calls

I'm using RVC 4.1 to record Skype video calls. I can record the incoming video and the incoming audio with no problem, but I cannot capture the outgoing audio (ie my voice) from the microphone.

I'm using a Sony laptop with built-in Realtek HD Audio and am using the built-in webcam and microphone. I'm running Vista Home Premium SP2. In the Sounds Recording screen, the only device available is the Realtek HD Audio mic (I have right clicked the blank area and enabled Show disabled and disconnected devices).

Within RVC Settings, under Audio Setup/Test, I have enabled Use Vista Audio Recording. I have not enabled the Universal Audio Driver.

Can anyone help please?
